With 28 plus years experience we have a well-established following locally, nationally and internationally. The live auctions are well attended by dealers and collectors alike.
CURRENTLY WITH IN-HOUSE ATTENDANCE FOLLOWS STATE AND LOCAL COVID19 REGULATIONS
For those unable to participate in house, absentee, phone bidding and online bidding services are provided in order for your pieces to attract national and international competition. All items are sold the highest bidder. Successful bidders are processed and invoiced on your behalf.
We provide prompt payment to consignors within approximately 30 business days from the auction date. A full itemized statement is provided with payment.
Consigning to White’s Auction is a very simple process for the Seller. Items may be brought to White’s Auction gallery at 19 Jackson Street in Middleboro or we will come to your home or office. We recommend that you call ahead to check our schedule or call ahead to arrange an appointment. Sending email photos or text in advance can also be helpful. We will advise you as to the “auction marketability” of your property in order to obtain the best possible outcome. There is no charge for this evaluation and you are under no obligation.
All evaluations are simply broad estimates and in no way constitute a guarantee of any kind.
If you decide to consign to auction, your item(s) will be listed on a Consignment contract setting forth the terms and fees for services. This document is signed by the seller and the Auctioneer or Auction representative. You will receive a copy. White’s Auction accepts the consignment of property for sale at public auction and acts solely as agent for the seller. The consignor acknowledges title to the consigned items and agrees to all conditions set forth in the Consignment Agreement.
There is no charge to you for photography, cataloging, advertising, storage or sales preparation.
Any lot may be withdrawn prior to the completion of sale, at the auctioneer's sole discretion. No consignor shall withdraw any item immediately prior to or during the auction sale.
Consignors/Sellers are forbidden to bid on their own items whether themselves or via an appointed agent.
Be assured that White’s Auctions is committed to work hard for our consignors with personal attention and diligence to obtain the best possible result and experience for its sellers.
