RARE JOSE FORMOSO REYES NANTUCKET CHURCH BASKET: One on a kind rare Nantucket church basket.  Signed Jose Formoso Reyes with Nantucket map. 26 1/2 inches long. 10 inches diameter. Original patina. Good condition.

FRANTZ ZEPHIRIN HAITIAN 20TH CENTURY FANTANTICAL PAINTING:  Acrylic on canvas. Framed. Frantz Zephirin listed Haitian 20th century artist. Image 24 inches x 30 inches. Signed lower right. Ca 1980's. Painting not titled but a type of travel mystic aquatic painting. Similar version or example sold by Piasa Paris Auction House 2017 Hartian art from 1940 in partnership with Le Centre d'art, Port-au-Prince. Good condition.  

MAQBOOL FIDA HUSAIN "RAGING HORSE"  WATERCOLOR: 2002. Striking image of a rearing horse in black, white and shades of blue and gray. Image overall 29 ½ inches x 21 ½ inches, excluding mat. Image detail 22 inches x 16 inches. Signed below. Maqbool Fida Husain (India 1913-2011) was a very well-known and important artist from India. He is celebrated as one of India's prominent modernists and is best known for his distinctive visual language that evokes the rhythm and energy of contemporary India and emphasizes the richness of its civilization. The name Maqbool Fida Husain has become almost synonymous with contemporary Indian art for no single artist has popularized Indian art within the country or internationally as Husain has done. PROVENANCE: Collection Mumbai, collection Chicago, collection Boston. Certificate will be provided to purchaser, signed by the artist's son.

SCRIMSHAW WHALE'S TOOTH "QUE-QUEG": Scrimshaw with Que-Queg, a character in the 1851 novel Moby-Dick by American author Herman Melville. The son of a South Sea chieftain who left home to explore the world, Que-Queg is the first principal character encountered by the narrator, Ishmael. Colored scrimshaw. Tooth scrimshawed one side. Approx. 6 1/2 inches long. Approx. 359 grams. Monogrammed RC. Good condition. 

GORDON COUTTS OIL PAINTING: (California 1868-1937).Coutts is known for desert landscapes, portrait and figure painting. Oil on canvas, unframed. California ranch "Laurel Dale Ranch". Measures 18 inches x 30 inches. signed lower right.

ORIENTAL MARBLE INSERT CARVED STAND: Chinese export with shape marble insert. carved rosewood stand with carved feet. Crack marble. 32 inches tall x 21 wide top. Glue repair one foot. 

18TH/19TH C ENGLISH MAHOGANY DROP LEAF TABLE: Highly carved period George 111 drop leaf table. Centercarved portrait medallion of Prince Charle with carved border with rose and thistles. Dovetail construction. Swing legs. One center support leg with repair. Brass castor feet. Tappered legs. Inlayed shirt. 29 1/2 inches tall x 48 inches wide. Leaves extended 60 inches. Each leaf 20 inches. Old repairs, but good condition.

HUGH HILL 1908 "IRISH MAIL" CART: Original early 1900 wooden "irish Mail" hand crank and steerable, wheeled ride on toy. Orignal paint and stencil decoration. Iron gears, metal spoke wheels with hard rubber tires. Named "The Irish Mail" after the Irish Mail train, the fast train the world at the time. Normal wear from child's play. All original.

HENRI PFE NAUTICAL FRENCH ART POTTERY VASE: Large believe French art pottery vase. With molded waves, fish and figural net and Putti handles. Repairs on rim and stress cracks on rim, chip on one side net. 18 inches tall x 16 inches across. Signed on side Henri Pfe?  Some repairs and a chip. 



14K YELLOW GOLD & GARNET BRACELET: Alternating flower design. Approximately 7 inches long. Garnets are oval shape each approximately 2 1/4 each. Total 12.8 DWT. Good condition.

ASSEMBLED 14K GOLD WEDDING BAND GROUPING: Consisting of 33 gold wedding bands. Various sizes and various designs. Approximately 96.2 DWT. All rings have been tested and marked. Various conditions.

14K GOLD BRACELET: Approximately 1 inches wide x 7 1/2 inches long. Mesh, chain and rectangle design. Approximately 25.9 DWT. Good condition.

INTERNATIONAL STERLING "TROUSSSEAU" PATTER FLATWARE: 124 pieces, monogrammed "p". Approximately 122.52 troy ounces (exluding weighted handles). 

ANTIQUE DOUBLE SIDED SCRIMSHAW WHALE'S TOOTH: Detailed whaling scenes front and back with several masted ships, whalers and whales. Measures approximately 6 inches x 3 inches. Couple of chips.  Whale' teeth must be purchased by Massachusetts residents and can not be shipped out of state or out of the country.

THREE R. JOHN WRIGHT CHRISTMAS BOXED ITEMS: 1) Tuker #20 Teddy. Fully jointed, mohair/wool. 2) Father Christmas Series St. Nicholas mouse. 3) Kris Kringle #101 mouse.

R. JOHN WRIGHT "JINGLES" KITTEN #232 IN BOX: Jingles is the sendond kittten in a series. Fully jointed, Alpaca plush.

19TH/20TH C FIGURAL SQUIRREL PAPER CLIP: Cast iron with original matina, 6 inches long. Numbered 5520. Two squirrel on a see-saw.

BORIS PASTOUKHOFF RUSSIAN - FRENCH 1894-1974: Oil on canvas. Relined with later frame. Image 21 inches x 25 inches. Signed lower left. Not examined out of frame. Black lighted no in painting. Interior studio with female artist painting a male sitter. Signed lower left with dated 1951 and title lower right.  Artist bio is a Russian figure and portrait painter, Boris Ivanovich Pastoukhoff studied under A. A. Murashko in Kiev where he worked until 1920.  Thereafter he settled in the regions that were later to become Yugoslavia.  In 1930 he moved to Paris. Good condition. BORIS PASTOUKHOFF RUSSIAN - FRENCH 1894-1974: Oil on canvas with later frame. Image 23 inches x 29 inches. Signed lower left. Black lighted with no in painting or touchup. Signed lower left with dated 1942 on the right and titled Pont Nuet, considered to be the oldest stone bridge across the Seine River in Paris, ordered to be built by Henri IV in 1578. 



14K HAMPDEN HUNTERS CASE POCKET WATCH & 14K CHAIN: Fancy 14kt hunter case pocket watch 1 1/2 inches across. Both case and chain tested 14k.  Weighable chain 8.2 DWT. Watch case not known. Watch is complete but not working. Case in good condition and not monogrammed. Various condition.
